 APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

 -Upon arrival, DO NOT COME IN. Please TEXT (215)850-7027 and remain in your car until I will give you the go ahead to come in. Please do not be late NOR early. I will not be able to see you before your designated time, due to proper sanitizing before clients.  Any lateness past 15 minutes will forfeit the deposit, and need to be rescheduled.

-ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: balance will be due in full at the end of appointment.

         ***The balance can be paid in forms of 3 payment options below:

-CASH

-ZELLE

-CREDIT CARD (***PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A 4% SURCHARGE)

*Venmo IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Tipping (only via cash or Zelle) is always appreciated as tattooing is considered part of the service industry)

IF YOU HAVE ANY COLD OR “ALLERGY” SYMPTOMS, PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME TO RESCHEDULE. If you come in with any type of slight cough, runny/stuffy nose, etc, please note that you WILL be asked to leave. Please be truthful, and DO NOT underplay any symptoms. (I am doing everything I can to provide a safe environment for all of my clients, but I cannot achieve this without your help.)

-Please come to your appointment alone, no additional guests will be permitted.

- You may wax or thread your brows before the appointment, as cleaning up the brows will take away from designated time to map the brows shape.

 -Masks are completely up to you, and are NOT required.

 -If you tend to get chilly, please bring a sweater as we cannot offer blankets during this time.

 -I do ask that you please check your temperature before arrival. If you have a fever of 99 or higher or experiencing ANY cold/flu/allergy symptoms, you must reschedule your appointment.

-You will be instructed to wash your hands/sanitize before we begin the appointment. Everything will be disinfected and ready for you.

 -Personal belongings will be kept to a bare minimum.

 -No food allowed in the studio, only water. There will be snacks and water available.

 -Aftercare instructions will be discussed and also given in paper form. You will be provided all products necessary for correct aftercare.

 -A blanket will no longer be available so please dress warmly or in layers if you tend to get chilly.

- For New Microblading Clients: Consent forms and a pre-screening questionnaire will be e-mailed prior to your appointment date. Please have them printed out and completed to bring with you.

-Yearly “touchup/color boost” clients will also be receiving additional consent forms. Please complete ALL forms before you arrive for your service. This will help eliminate delayed appointments. You may email, text, or bring the completed forms with you on the day of your appointment.
